Super 8 and Standard 8mm Film Cost Calculator Basic costs are £25.00 for the first 50ft reel. Additional 50ft reels are £6.00 each or £4.25 if the 50ft of film is on a reel larger than 50ft. We charge in units of 50ft at either £6.00 or £4.25. Prices quoted are for silent film and include the first finished DVD or video tape. There is a 50% surcharge for transferring the soundtrack if one exists on the film reel. With silent film we include our own free background music.
