Time-Lapse Filming
Time lapse is the process whereby video is taken a few frames at at time with an interval in-between each exposure. It's similar to animation, but used most frequently to reveal natural process that happen too slowly to be seen with the naked eye. We have facilities to offer an automatic time-lapse filming service. Such a service is useful to show the creation of a project that may take several days or weeks to complete in a few minutes or seconds. The time lapse camera is placed in a fixed position and configured to take short video sequences over a determined time duration. The intervals can be configured to suit the project. An example of such a project could be the creation of a rapid assembly unit on a building site. Such a sequence can enhance and summarize the creation of your project when time lapse filming is used within your production. PLease note that the camera cannot be used outside in poor weather. Frame recording can be done with the same camera but is a manual process. Wallace and Grommit is a good example of frame recording.
